This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental has fantastic views of the water and the property pool and BBQ area. The balcony has a table and chairs if you choose to dine alfresco. Other features of this tastefully decorated home include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, a cooktop stove, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals.

The main bedroom and living area each have a TV with DVD/VHS players. The living room also has a compact stereo and extra sleeping capacity from the sofa bed.

Beach service is included from March 15 to October.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You will not sleep

The condo is in a great location. It is a bit dated but it was clean and the kitchen was decently stocked. The pictures online are accurate. The parking garage made for easy loading and unloading the car. The beach chair service was wonderful. The issue we had was with the bed. You will not be able to get a decent night of sleep here. You will hear and feel every single move you and your partner make. I cannot wait to get home so I can sleep.

Affordable, good location and parking. Needs maintenance.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Within walking distance of some good places. Balcony view is great. You can park on the 4th floor of the garage and never load your bags into an elevator. The bed is a little noisy but comfortable. The condo was fairly clean. It does need some maintenance. There was a hole in the primary bathroom ceiling, some floor mouldings were gone, water stains on the ceiling, etc. It wasn't anything that we couldn't live with for a few days. Especially since the condo is so affordable. I think with a little bit of work this would be a perfect condo!

Excellent Vacation

We booked kind of short notice, and we were excellently pleased. Perfect location on the ocean front. Everything was incredibly clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The beach was perfect and so clean with beautiful white sands and clear water. The pool and grounds were kept incredibly clean. Towels and laundry/cleaning supplies being provided was very helpful. Definitely a 5 star stay and would gladly stay again!

Great location. Easy access to beach. Building amenities good. Unit 406 had some issues which were corrected after calling management. Did not use stove til last night and front left burner stayed on high continuously, unable to adjust. We did notify management on our departure. The carpet needs to be replaced in bedroom

Don't waste your money for this unit

The bed is horrible. It is hard like a brick wall and very squeaky with any slight movement. My wife and I ended up sleeping in bunk beds and even our small kids were complaining about bed and sofa bed. We were very disappointed as we have stayed at Watersedge every year for past several years. We contacted Vacasa with our concerns and felt like we were read a script on what to say to customer complaints- no monetary adjustment or incentive offered. So 4 sleepless nights later we're driving 5 hours home stiff and sore from awful sleeping accommodations. Instead of being refreshed going back to school/work after Easter break, start back in pain. Very upset about our experience. I expect more from a condo at this location and price point

Million dollar view...

The building is very close to the water and this perfectly situated over the grassy area and not the pool - above the palms trees - so you have 100% unobstructed view of the beach. This stretch of beach has a half moon shape to it so you can see both sun rises and sun sets from the balcony. The unit itself is functional enough. Everything worked! This is NOT the Ritz-Carlton. Thus, the affordable pricing. Excellent parking on 4th floor parking deck where you just walk right to the unit. Easy unloading/loading, etc... Pool is nice. Grounds are well-kept and the property is in good shape - just older.

Unclean

Moldy ceiling in living room, kitchen. Dirty floor (even my kids were grossed out and that’s saying a lot) Hair in bed, the bathtub, on the toilet and in the sink Ice maker didn’t work Dishes in the cabinet were dirty Carpet tacks were sticking up/exposed in the bedroom, my daughter stepped on them. Linens smelled like old men All the furniture was wet/damp (chairs, barstools) The outdoor table had huge chunks of rust coming off it every time you sat at it Previous tenants items still in condo; child’s shoes Basically, with all the hyped up “extra COVID cleaning” emails and alerts I got, I’m not even sure this condo was cleaned prior to our arrival. Not to mention the day before I was to arrive, I got an email saying they couldn’t verify that I was me, and they were going to cancel my reservation and refund my money, that was extremely stressful. The location and all was great, and this condo has the potential to be a great one, maybe with better management/housekeeping. My family has used VRBO/Home Away for many rentals and I now know not to book any managed by this specific agency.
