Il relax ti accoglierà nel momento in cui entrerai in Bella Riva 207. Il condominio è dotato dei lussi standard associati a Bella Riva, tra cui piastrelle di travertino, una cucina gourmet e servizio spiaggia gratuito, ma ha anche aggiunto lussi come l'elettronica aggiornato e arredi eleganti e confortevoli. Quattro camere da letto e una planimetria aperta daranno l'intero spazio familiare per rilassarsi insieme. L'ampio balcone fronte spiaggia si affaccia su 400 piedi di spiaggia privata della comunità e offre una vista che non può essere battuto. L'appartamento era stato progettato pensando alla vacanza e non c'era un solo dettaglio trascurato.

Lo spazio abitativo principale è una pianta aperta, che conferisce all'ambiente un aspetto grandioso. La zona giorno è arredata con mobili confortevoli e si trova intorno a una grande TV a schermo piatto. L'intera parete sud della zona giorno è composta da finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono direttamente sul balcone della spiaggia. Seduta proprio accanto alla zona giorno, la sala da pranzo offre posti a sedere per quattro al tavolo con ulteriori quattro posti disponibili presso il bar per la colazione. La grande cucina gourmet dispone di tutti gli elettrodomestici Viking in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata con pentole e stoviglie che servono per creare pasti indimenticabili in famiglia.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto e accesso privato al balcone fronte spiaggia. Il bagno padronale contiene una grande vasca da giardino, una cabina doccia con soffioni multipli e un ampio spazio per il trucco.

La prima camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, grande TV a schermo piatto e un bagno privato con vasca / doccia. La seconda camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e accesso privato a un bagno completo con vasca / doccia. Questo bagno per gli ospiti è accessibile anche dal corridoio. In my opinion it was very clean. Front load washing machines are particular machines. This one had not had the care it needed. I bought bleach and remedied that situation. Little bitty things that I’m sure are a constant aggravation for an owner. Ceiling fan does need fixed in the first bedroom on the left as you come in. Seriously, I’d give this place an A grade. Clean! Spacious! Great view! Nice folks to work with!

We always love staying at Bella Riva and this time was no exception! Convenient to everything but not in the middle of it. The rooms are large and inviting. Looking forward to going back soon!

Beautiful condo with a huge kitchen. Beautiful view. The living room furniture needs updating. Worn and smells musty. The mattresses are not very comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed the unit. Has a nice pool and hot tub.

This condo was everything we’d hoped and was exactly what the pictures portrayed. We came in on the heels of a departing tropical storm so our weather was a little unpredictable for the first couple of days, but it did not deter our family from having an amazing time! This condo offered plenty of space for the 8 people we had in our party. It was beautifully decorated and had a gorgeous view. We would definitely come back!!!

We had 8 people from 26 to 86 years old. Beautiful unit, quiet location, gorgeous emerald water. Unit provided plenty of room to gather or have personal space. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful piece of paradise with us.

Great condo. Very clean & Compass Resorts were very responsive to issues with the Beach Umbrella/Chair Man. Security could have been better in the parking garage. I had some of my fishing gear stolen from there. But overall the condo was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Riva #207. The condo was beautiful, well stocked and the balcony and beach view were wonderful. Perfect set up for 7 adults. Property management was also great and very responsive. We had a slow drain in one of the showers which was fixed within a few hours upon calling. Would stay there again for our next beach vacation

Beautiful property in a great location. Easy beach and pool access. Close to several great restaurants. It was nice to have a laundry room and fully equipped kitchen. The only problem I ran into was no hot water in kitchen. Compass Resorts was quick to respond, however, they couldn’t fix the issue. Luckily, we didn’t cook all week so it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time and most definitely enjoyed our stay. Loved the master just wished the garden tub had jets. We had a hard time getting in and out with the keys, couldnt get the dvd to play. We were without gas the last 2 nights so we were not able to cook the food we purchased. Minor issues. We will visit again.

Our stay was wonderful, the only complaint we had is that the wifi was terrible. We had poor internet service (which is understandable close to the beach), so we had to rely on the wifi in the condo, which was minimal; if possible, would recommend upgrading the wifi speed. It was difficult to receive messages and google places/restaurants in the area, and even to make business conference calls which had to be rescheduled. Otherwise, we loved the condo and the safety of the building with all the access codes. We were also very pleased with the amount of linens and towels that were provided. Pretty much everything that was needed was available in the condo. We would definitely consider staying here again, if the wifi was improved.

This is the second time we stayed at this location. The condo is spacious and comfortable. We certainly will return in the future. However, there are some things that we noticed need some attention. The dishwasher and Microwave are functional but look and sound worn. the dryer is very noisy and will only run if you prop something against the door to hold it shut. On a very picky level there was no coffee filters and the toilet paper was a cheap industrial grade single ply. I point this out because all these little things reflect a certain level of neglect that I didn't expect. Once again, we are largely pleased with the condo and our experience. Thank you for a very enjoyable week.

Bella Riva #207...ahhhh, what a lovely condo unit! It was perfect for my family and we enjoyed taking advantage of the homey, modern feel of this condo! Upon front door entry to the patio exit overlooking the beach, BR #207 truly exceeded all of our expectations! The online pictures don't do this condo unit justice! We truly plan to make a yearly visit hoping to take advantage of the same unit, #207! Our vacation rocked!

Was very disappointed in the check-in process. I never received and email with instructions from Compass. I did have a very helpful rep named Judy but had to make 2 calls. Also the WiFi in our unit was terrible. My husband had to sit in the corner of a bedroom every morning to get a signal to read and send emails for work. Also wished the unit would have had a grill like others did since there is not one on the property to use. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. We would definitely stay at Bella Riva again.

This condo has 10 ft. Ceilings; pictures don't do it justice. Bella Riva has tight security; great location. Will be back for sure.
