Freshly painted throughout in November of 2024 and located on the Gulf of Mexico, the beautiful Islander Condo 1-0205 provides everything needed for a perfect vacation. This private studio provides comfort for up to 4 guests. Equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils there is a sense of home comfort. Watch the newest movies with the DVD rentals, and lovely flat screen TVs. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony while sipping on a tropical drink. Don't forget to grab some sunscreen and head to the outdoor community pool. Soak up the sun from your beach chairs and umbrella on the beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. loved it,very clean comfortable bed.

My and my friend have stayed at this resort multiple times, and we always enjoy it! With easy access to the beach, we could not ask for more! The location of the condo is also very close to the Main Street locations.

It was very clean when we checked in. The view for fireworks was perfect. The only problem I had was that it listed water sports gear, but they didn’t have any.

Vacasa cancelled our reservation out of the blue. And we got the notification the day before we were to leave! They said it was because the area of Florida we were staying in wasn’t opened yet ...but it was. After I informed her of that she said she would reinstate our original reservation. But at 10 pm that night I got another email stating they couldn’t Bc they had resold our room!!!so I waited for hours on hold to no avail. Finally made tihis reservation. Could not reach anyone for information. Stayed on hold for hours again. The agent answers after over an hour on hold but then he couldn’t reach anyone in the office for instructions on getting our parking pass etc in case it was after hours when we arrived. We ended up arriving prior to 4:30 pm and guess what. Office closed. I had to call the 800 vacasa number again Bc no parking passes. Nothing but A brochure in our room. Again I waited around an hour to get A person on the phone by the time we got out to the beach it was nearly dark. I have never had such an experience in my life and I’ve been coming to the northern Florida beaches for the past 44 years.
