All was very nice! The bracelets didn’t really work well but I think that has to do with property management not the owner of condo. Had to scan bracelet several time to get in and out of a gate. Bracelets were also a bit of a pain to keep up with. I would have rather had a code to remember.

Summer vacation

The condo was exactly as listed. The property manager updated us with any expectations and changes that occurred during our stay via text, and provided opportunity to discuss any needs. The property was great for our family with teens and younger children.

Perfect place for family getaway. The pool area and beach access are well designed. Kids activities at night like movies etc... If you like to grill, they have several (5 or 6) Weber grills set up for use. I noticed every morning someone was cleaning them for use that day. Also, the pool area had a Bar/Grill that was very reasonable.

Perfect vacay

Such an easy check in. The beach is gorgeous. Sand is perfect, not full of shells like Ft Lauderdale. Pools and hot tubs were awesome. The view was perfect of the ocean and to watch kids below at pools. Beds slept nice. Had a problem with the shower spraying on the ceiling but they came and looked it over to fix. Fast service.

Beautiful property

Fantastic property. Right on the beach. Several pools and things to do for kids and adults. Very nice snack bar with food and drinks for all ages. I highly recommend this property. Already booked for next year - Same place same time!

Great Family Vacation

This was a great Condo and resort for my husband and I and our 3 young kids! The Condo was clean and spacious, check-in process was easy and communication from the property manager was great! We would recommend and stay here again.

Great condo at Waterscapes

This is our second stay at Waterscapes, but our first stay in this particular condo. We found the condo to be exactly as described in the listing. The management company was very communicative and easy to work with. When we experienced a couple of minor maintenance issues, they responded quickly and professionally. We highly recommend this rental.

Love waterscape! The condo was in overall all good condition. Wasn’t as clean as the one we stayed in last year. (B506) the baseboards were all really dusty and the inside of the cabinets were dirty with crumbs and such. The closet door right by the front door was really dirty & dusty. Beds were really comfy and the kids really loved having their own TV in their bunks! Also, bonus points for having a pack n play available! The 1 paddle board or kayak/one hour a day with our stay was nice. We had 4 adults so it would’ve been nice to have 2 so we could go out in pairs. We will be back!! Maybe in a condo closer to the beach!

The condo was nicely decorated in a beach theme. The view of the ocean and resort pools was really nice. I lived that we were just a short walk to the beach and that there were chairs and umbrellas on the beach for us to use.

Great family memories

We were a little disappointed with cleanliness of condo on arrival. The chairs had old food stuck on them, floors/baseboards were very dirty. The master bathroom wall has black mold growing on the wall between shower and bathtub. We felt like the condo needs a good DEEP clean and repairs need to be made. However, the owner was very responsive and someone up to spot clean the condo right away. The condo had everything we needed, which was sooo nice! Our kids favorite part was that each bunk bed had its own tv. Despite our initial disappointment, our whole family had a blast. Thank you, for a great memorable week!

Super Happy

This was the easiest check in I’ve ever had! The location and beauty of the property was excellent and so was the room. I’m assuming they perfected the weather as well :) We had an awesome time with our family. Definitely will be back to stay in B610!
