2 bedroom/ BunkArea/ 2 bath family condo. 1 king bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin Bunks. The unit has just been updated with new paint, floors, fridge, washer/dryer, fans, fixtures, and decorations. This family condo has just about everything you'll need for any type getaway. Condo complex includes two outdoor pools, two hot tubs and a children's swim area, and lazy river. Outdoor grills provided at complex, and fitness room located on lower level. This unit has a few personal items left in it by the owner. Covered parking and easy access to the beach. This unit can sleep 6 comfortably.

Spring Break

I think the biggest flaw we had was there was no place to store our clothes. We had to leave everything in the suitcase bc the property owners clothes were in every dresser and closet. There was a broken curtain when we got to the room (no big deal). The toilets never stop running. The outside furniture looks nothing like the pics. We had a good experience. Just wasn’t the cleanest or best kept place.

Enjoyable stay!!

We had a blast at this resort! 1st time here! My children, fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. Expensive, but convenient! We will definitely go back to Waterscape! The owner of the condo stayed in contact and was very easy to get ahold of. Thank you.

Perfect for Families

Our whole family enjoyed our stay at this property! Our kids really enjoyed all of the pools on-site. The location was great with close access to the parking garage which made for easy loading/unloading. This unit even included beach chairs and toys for us to use which was a huge bonus. The host was a fabulous communicator and responded very quickly to any questions prior to and during our stay. We would stay here again!

Lovely property perfect for a family stay!

This was a lovely and super convenient property. Parking is literal steps from the door which made it really easy and the unit is at the back of the resort which made it a quiet spot. The resort facilities were perfect for our family with specific things that suited everyone (1-year old, 5-year old, 11-year old and my husband and I). Great access to the beautiful beach. The property is nice and there was plenty of space for all of us. Check in was super easy and the host was great at communication. Would definitely recommend for a great family vacation spot!

Very clean beautiful condo

We had a wonderful stay at Fort Walton with family. Condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very accommodating. Owner was very nice and helpful with checkin and information. Can not wait to go back!

Terrific Stay

Very nice, easy-going stay. Zane was quick to respond to any and all questions. Providing adequate amounts of toiletries and cleaning supplies was a pleasant surprise compared to other rentals. No need to go pick up those items at the store. Also, having beach chairs and toys available was extremely convenient. Overall, a very good experience.

Excellent location

Our family had a wonderful time in this condo! There was plenty of space for everyone and the condo is stocked with extra towels, beach toys, etc. This unit is close to the parking garage and close to the ground floor, making access to pools a very easy walk (even with loads of stuff!). We have stayed in other units at Waterscape before, and this one is our favorite! Highly recommend!

Great Property; very well managed

The condo was great, and came with a lot more of the necessities than any other condo we’ve stayed in (towels, sheets, paper towel, dish soap, laundry soap, and even beach toys/chairs). The property managers were also fantastic! We had lots of questions and they responded almost immediately every time. The resort was also great, the pool is huge and the beach access was great as well.

Great convenient property

Great place to stay. Comfortable, clean and well supplied property. Location of condo both in the complex and to the larger area is very convenient. At the complex parking is right outside the door to the unit. View of the pool and water from the patio is nice. To the larger area, you are walking distance to restaurants, shopping and it is just a quick drive to Destin as well. The amenities at the complex are great as well. There is something for all the ages - from a splash pad for the little ones to multiple pools, lazy river, and hot tubs for older kids and adults. Beach is beautiful and unit has chairs and toys for you to use. Zane was easy to communicate with. We had one minor issue that was addressed promptly. I would definitely stay in this unit again and would recommend to friends and family.

Management was incredibly kind. Anything we needed they responded within minutes. The place was spacious and accommodating. The property was beautiful a d had so much to do. Would rent here again in a heart beat. Fantastic week.
