“We arrived to an overbooked hotel, and the manager basically threw the desk crew under the bus and switched a bunch of reservations around without letting guests know ahead of time. Pure, unpleasant chaos. Cheri, who was left with this mess, worked very hard to support me and get my booking back. She was kind, professional and empathetic. I really appreciate her and the Hilton Garden Inn is very lucky to have such a poised employee . Also, shout out to Winston at the desk who was also...

“The staff and hotel overall were great. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Great location. It would be better not to advertise as “breakfast included” “breakfast” was really not breakfast it was snacks. Coffee was good but there was no decaf.”

“Nestled between Peddler’s village and New Hope , This property is perfect. Staff extremely friendly . Rooms very clean , beds and pillows comfy . Free breakfast was delicious . Definitely worth the stay . Can’t wait to go back ”

“Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend.”
