  • Splendida casa isolata, con due ampi balconi con tavoli e sedie, vista mozzafiato sulle montagne dal salone al primo piano .. Situato vicino al lago Leven, Carness West è stato costruito per sfruttare appieno le viste mozzafiato sulle montagne, con finestre panoramiche al primo piano e porte che conducono a due ampi balconi. Nonostante il suo isolamento, la casa si trova in una posizione ideale per tutte le attività all'aperto, tra cui passeggiate in collina, arrampicata, golf, equitazione, mountain bike, sci, pesca e kayak. C'è un'abbondanza di fauna selvatica da vedere in questa splendida posizione. A livello locale ci sono negozi di artigianato, sale da tè e un centro visitatori. Negozio 3 miglia, pub 1 miglio. . Due camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con letto a 5 piedi; uno con bagno doccia e servizi igienici. Camera singola. Bagno con vasca e doccia. Lavanderia. Primo piano: ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo con stufa a legna e pavimento in rovere. TV accogliente con porte francesi sul balcone. A week in the highlands

A great location to explore the western Highlands and Islands . Very comfortable property with plenty of space for everybody to relax in . Well appointed throughout .

Lovely secluded house

Our family of four had a very comfortable stay in Carness West. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean. There is no view of the loch from the house only trees and mountain tops. It is not possible as a family to go for long walks from the house.

Lovely stay

Beautiful and comfortable house, set in beautiful surroundings. So much to do in the Glencoe and Fort William areas. We were equally happy relaxing in the house, where we each found a sofa or corner to settle in. One of our highlights was a young deer visiting the garden. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. We would happily return.

A really breath-taking location and a superb cottage with very spacious kitchen/ living room area with fabulous views and a nice balcony dining area. The weather was amazingly warm and sunny, so this made it a wonderful holiday. I believe this isn't guaranteed! Local amenities are limited, but that goes with the territory for somewhere that is in a fabulously remote location. But 10 mins drive to a decent Co-op and similar to a couple of good restaurants is hardly a hardship. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We loved our stay. The cottage was in a wonderful location. It was exceptionally clean with very comfortable bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Lovely cosy cottage with plenty of space and fab views of the hills. Just outside the village it is a really good location to drive into the walks in Glen Coe, a short trip up to Fort William or a wee trip down.the coast to Oban.

The location of this house is spectacular.

The location of this house is spectacular. Mountain views from almost every window. We visited in January so they were covered in snow. To wake up to such natural beauty was truly special. The house is well above the average rental house. It was decorated to a high standard. New bedroom carpets and dining chairs added to the luxurious feel of the accommodation. The wildlife in the area is wonderful to see. To watch a pine Martin at such close proximity was special. If you are in the Glen Coe area looking for a house rental look no further. We had a wonderful week at Carness West.

We had a great holiday at Carness West.

We had a great holiday at Carness West. The weather was amazing and the views from the house were stunning in every direction. We enjoyed forest walks from the house and enjoyed quiet morning walks to the Loch side. The house was spotlessly clean and warm on arrival. Wildlife in abundance with birds on the feeders, red deer in the garden and a pine martin who visited each evening.

We had a fantastic week celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary at Carness West. The house felt like home immediately. The kitchen had all the equipment you could need and all the rooms were very comfortable. The board games were great too! And we loved seeing the Pine Marten each night.
