“Arrived a little before 3pm and were turned away as check-in was 3pm. Evening staff were rude. There was a hockey tournament and alot of players/families staying at the hotel - they were so loud, running up and down hallways, banging on everyone's doors. Parents/coaches getting drunk and loud in the common area. None of the vending machines were working. Pool - we were unable to enjoy it as it was over run by rude, obnoxius teens. Towels in the pool and hot tub. A parent or coach present but...

When I arrived, there was no receptionist—just a clipboard in the window saying they’d be back in half an hour. “It is actually a motel by the highway. This is very important information that is missing from the description. No gated door for the hotel; a glass window can be looked through from your room by strangers on the street, and the place is pretty run-down. Since it's in a small town in BC, I wouldn't bother staying here for the same price when something nicer is close by. ”
