“Our stay was OK. The breakfast was outstanding.
Our first impression was the google maps led us to an entrance that was locked. The Tru was connected to a sister hotel - 2 hotels with one reception desk. While at the desk another client came up and said they were not staying - though they had been moved to another room. Not happy.
We were given our room. It had a bad smell (vomit? that had not been fully cleaned?) The manager said he could not notice it he moved us to another room - the one the...
