“La stanza trascurata, tende rotte, asciugamani strappati, stanza che veniva pulita alle 17. Colazione che potevi fare in un altro hotel lontano da dove pernottavamo. Struttura pessima.”

“Planned as stopover in Doha on route to SE Asia. Cancelled the booking well over a month beforehand due to the war in the Middle East - we were rerouted to Kuala Lumpa to avoid the conflict but hotel refused to refund the cost despite government advice not to travel to the region and plenty of notice. Not really the action of a 5 start hotel. All other bookings we made for this trip were incredibly accommodating.”

“The staff were so friendly and helpful and my room was superb-huge, clean and quiet. I wish I had spent more time at the outdoor roof garden as it had comfy chairs and tables and amazing views. The breakfast was really varied and restaurants very good too. The hotel was also in an excellent location for airport and walking to the Souk Waqif, incredible museums, Corniche and hop on and hop off bus. ”

“Colazione buona , hotel nuovo , zona normale residenziale vicino alla metro. Unica cosa negativa mercoledi in quanto uomo non ho potuto entrare in piscina perché ingresso riservato alle sole donne !!! Incomprensibile ”
