“The place was very clean no trouble with anyone.Over all very good just don't go during the summer it's very hot in Yuma.I made the mistake of going now i had no I idea it was going to be that hot.But the EC was working great no trouble great air conditioning in my room. But if you like the heat then no problem 😊. But I will come back during the winter for sure.”

“Previously Shilo Inn, the Yuma Inn & Suites has seen better days and appears to be currently under renovation and removing of old branding. The pool was clean but the hot tub was being worked on. They have a steam room, sauna and exercise room. They also have a small laundry room but it I saw an out of order sign on one of the machines. Eric the desk clerk was professional and accommodating and we appreciated him bringing us fresh towels at the pool. All of the employees we interacted with were...

“Staff was not helpful whatsoever, I ask for extra pillows and was told they didn’t have any my room had beetles crawling around, one of my bath towels had a brown stain, this place only looks nice because it’s newer”

“After a long day of travel, I arrived at the hotel at 10:45 p.m. The room temperature was a stifling 85-90 degrees. I inquired about the reason for the high temperature, and the front desk informed me that due to low occupancy, they had turned off the air conditioning. I asked if there was a cooler room available, but unfortunately, they had none. Exhausted and frustrated, I decided to end the conversation.”

“We’re always treated well when staying at the Ramada in Yuma. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are friendly and very welcoming.”

“There is historic and there is just run down. This was just run down. We had stayed here a few years back and was fine but this time there was Black mold in shower. Advertised free breakfast, this was no longer offered. Hair dryer did not work. Walls were filthy and in need of paint. We were supposedly given a free upgrade when we checked in. I wonder what we would have received if we had not of gotten an upgrade? We do not recommend staying here again.”

“Hotel di recente costruzione in mezzo al nulla. Yuma offre qualche attrattiva turistica (vecchia prigione, basi militari...) ma è per lo più una buona tappa verso Tucson o San Diego). Buona sistemazione in ampia camera per quattro. Letti comodi (due Queensize ampi) e scelta di cuscini. Parcheggio libero nel piazzale antiatante.”

“The room was attractive, quiet and comfortable. The common areas were inviting and nicely decorated. I chose the hotel because I didn’t want to go out to eat. For dinner, they were out of 3 things I tried to order. For breakfast. I was seated at a dirty table. I told the server, she said she she didn’t have time to clean it, even though there was only one other person in the restaurant. I tried to order 2 things. They were out of both Although I enjoyed the hotel, I left disappointed”
