La Villa Casa Hermosa, situata a Los Banos De Fortuna con la propria piscina, 3 minuti dal famoso bagno termale. La 'Beautiful House' è una Villa Pace situata nella tranquilla famosa località termale di 'Banos de Fortuna', a 3 km da Fortuna, a 30 minuti da Murcia. I terreni sono murati e recintati con parcheggio custodito, terrazza privata offre rifugio i momenti più caldi della giornata, mentre i lettini in piscina offrono sole fino agli ultimi raggi della giornata.
La Villa si trova a pochi passi da entrambi Fuente Spa e Leana Spa bagni, giardini pittoreschi alberghi, vittoriani e negozi che vendono prodotti per il benessere.
Sia la posizione e il parco è perfetto sia per una famiglia o una fuga romantica, come ad esempio un anniversario o luna di miele. Le splendide viste sulle montagne, le tradizionali taverne e i ristoranti spagnoli che offrono menu del dia, che consistono in 4 portate e una bottiglia di vino a 12 € in combinazione con le vicine Terme, offrono una pausa rigenerante alla luce del sole. Famosa per le sue sorgenti termali che sono state molto apprezzate dai Romani. Los Banos è di circa 3 km dalla città di Fortuna. Qui troverete le sorgenti naturali di acqua calda, l'acqua è usata per curare i disturbi dell'orecchio e i reumatismi, ma si dice anche che aiuti ad alleviare lo stress e vari altri disturbi.
Per gli amanti della campagna, a sud di Fortuna, c'è un grande lago, racchiuso in una riserva naturale e circondato da boschi, ideale per camminare.
25 minuti dai grandi negozi di Condemenia & Thader che contengono la maggior parte dei principali negozi europei di abbigliamento, articoli per la casa e molti ristoranti.
25 minuti dal parco acquatico e zoo di Murcia.
45 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia più vicina di Guadamar o 50 minuti dalla vivace zona turistica di Torreveija o un paio d'ore da Benidorm. O 30 minuti al cuore della storica Murcia con la sua piazza mozzafiato.
Mentre abbiamo avuto ospiti in Villa senza una macchina, consiglio di noleggiare un'auto e raccogliere dall'aeroporto di arrivo. Animali domestici ammessi.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Die Umgebung ist natürlich sehr karg, da es sich um eine Wüstenregion handelt. Es war genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Der Kontakt ist sehr unkompliziert. Wir fanden es wunderschön und werden gerne wieder kommen.Wir konnten sogar mit unserem großen Fahrzeug im Hof parken

The house is in a quiet lane but close to the spa of Fortuna where there are thermal pools and spa treatments available. We found Casa Hermosa to be very clean and well equipped with a lovely garden. We didn’t try the pool as it was too cold but it would be very welcome for a dip on a hot day. It is very quiet at night and we slept really well. Murcia and Cartagena are easy to reach by car and the village has plenty of places to eat and drink in walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and we hope to go again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Hermosa. Host was very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa is set in a very peaceful location, surrounded by distant mountains, is fully equipped and very close to the Spa. If the timing allows, visit the market in Fortuna, on Saturday, to get a choice of fresh produce. There’s also a supermarket near the Market for additional items. Spa is great and well worth taking advantage. We will definitely be coming back. Brilliant host and location.

Chalet muy agradable . Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso sin necesidad de preocuparte por nada. Cocina completa , jardín ideal para lectura , piscina, iluminacion y decoración sencilla pero coqueta.. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas.. en resumen , repetiremos en cuanto tengamos ocasión .. es perfecto apra una recarga de pilas.

We chose this very private location to follow up on two weeks in Madrid and Valencia. We wanted down time, something away from the hustle and bustle, but still convenient. Casa Hermosa was perfect. As I write this review, sitting beside the pool, I listen only to the birds. Otherwise, complete silence. The house is large and well appointed. We are able to walk across the road to the resort or to drive three minutes to the Red Lion, a UK expat bar/restaurant which has incredible meat pies and nachos. We highly recommend this location to any who are interested in a similar experience.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana de maravilla. La ubicación es perfecta para desconectar, la casa estaba en perfecto estado y cómoda. Paul ha estado pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda recomendable.

El sitio es precioso, aunque ya el agua de la piscina estaba bastante fría a finales de septiembre. Barbacoa de gas que facilita encenderla, la cama de matrimonio grandísima y cómoda. No hay servilletas, ni aceite y tal como en algunas casas pero imagino que por el covid. Muy agusto!!

El alojamiento ha sido muy agradable, tranquilo y cómodo. La ubicación es buena para ir a visitar diferentes cosas en la zona, el balneario al lado le da un plus. La casa es perfecta para una familia, nos la encontramos en perfecto estado, limpia y en muy buenas condiciones

Two weeks just wasn’t long enough. The villa was lovely and cooling off in the pool was great and required often throughout our stay! The second bedroom proved too hot and uncomfortable but once she moved to the sofa bed in the air conditioned lounge our daughter was fine! Paul was very friendly and helpful and the villa was private and well kept, with everything we needed to make our stay go well. Just hope we can return one day. We would all highly recommend The Tipsy Terrace for a lovely meal during any stay, car needed to get there though. Overall brilliant, Thankyou Paul and Tina.

Casa Hermosa is a lovely quaint property in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the village. The garden has a varied collection of beautiful plants as well as an old olive tree, perfect for sitting beneath for some shade. Although the pool is small, it is just right for a quick dip to cool off in. The patio has comfortable seating with a stereo and a gas BBQ with table and chairs for dining al fresco - great facilities that we used everyday. Indoors has everything we needed for a great stay and the place was very clean. The double bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning really effective. We would recommend this villa to couples or families with two children as the second bedroom adjoins the main bedroom. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.

The villa is in a very guilt street, but within walking distance of Los Banus de Fortuna. Very well equipped & furnished, all in good condition. We didn’t want for anything whilst we were there. A large tv is also available just right for watching the World Cup last week. I had a problem with the telly one night due to my mistake, I contacted Tina & Paul the owners & they couldn’t have been helpful, the tv was restored in seconds. The out door space is idilic , great pool & pool chairs, 3 out door tables, a very comfortable shaded soft furnished table & chairs. My favourite item I must admit was the Outback BBQ, just right for evenings at home. There are 2 Supermarkets in Fortuna which is only 10 minutes drive away. There is also 2 large shopping complexes within 30 mins drive. We visited Murcia, which is a lovely university city with a stunning Cathedral. We can fully recommend Casa Hermosa to couples, or small families. Thanks Tina & Paul for making our holiday outstanding.

The Villa is exactly as shown, very private outdoor space but well secure. The Villa is easy to drive to and roads are quiet around the Banos area and has a few restaurants/bars that are in walking distance which is always good if you both like a couple of drinks!! Although many nights we bbq’d, found a lovely little butchers in Mahoya.... Fuente pool & spa is 5 mins walk away, well worth going to if it gets a bit warm and you want a bigger pool to play in. Paul & Tina are excellent hosts, really welcomed us and nothing too much trouble. We used text messaging to keep in touch, but everything was so nice and kept well we barely used it. We had the bed linen/towels changed regularly, everything was perfect! Thank you Paul & Tina for sharing this wonderful villa, we’re sure we’ll be returning at some point. Rae & Steve.

We had a great six weeks in the villa it was exactly as described. We were there mid January to the end of February and the weather on odd occasions was a little chilly, but Tina & Paul were great and supplied us gas cylinders for the fire when we needed it to keep us warm. They were never in our face but always there if we needed them. We certainly would not hesitate to go back. Thank you Tina & Paul for looking after us.

voor 4 personen is het net te doen. Het was jammer dat de 2 slaapkamers aan elkaar grenzen, zodat je door elkaars slaapkamer heen moet. De badkamer was erg klein. Geen aparte toilet. Wel wen mooie tuin

Paul and Tina are friendly and helpful hosts, but very unobtrusive; it is a well equipped villa, especially the kitchen which has everything you need. The walled garden with the pool is a delight and offers complete privacy. Tasteful and homely decor throughout, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the coffee at LeanA Teatro, and the thermal baths at LeanA in the village, both only 5 minutes walk from the villa. Fortuna is less than 10 minutes drive away and has a couple of good supermarkets. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed, and hope to visit again sometime.

Just spent a very relaxing week at the villa, we were well looked after by Paul,Tina and Sheila. The villa has everything you need and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in and around the area with local markets and supermarkets all within an easy drive. The swimming pool and garden area is excellent, super relaxing and has plenty areas for sunbathing We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it Steve & Lesley
