“Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. The whole hotel is a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated and not anything like what you would expect from a hotel in an abandoned strip...

“Stay was good, rooms are great, and grounds are pretty nice Wish there was food or lounge. Not sure if they are going to bring back the convenience market, but not having it for my stay was a disappointment.”

“Everything was great and really enjoyed the stay and was actually looking forward to returning BUT the front desk employee ruined that..His attitude and unprofessionalism was over the top.Flat out rude and offensive.”

“Seemed like rooms was not properly cleaned. Tissues and items from prior tenants under beds, glitter on beds, dirty sheets and dirty shower curtains. Carpet was filthy. Had to keep shoes on at all times. Rooms smelled like cigarette. Not good at all since we had toddlers with us. Not the experience I expected, as other sonesta locations have been great.”

“2 front desk staff showed no co cern for the issues...rude actually. The breakfast buffet staff and maintenance man were very nice. The ac in our room was working properly instead of moving us they adjusted the vents and brought in a fan it cooled down right before we left 3 days later!! The reason we checked in because our home air wasn't working!! Room hadn't been cleaned in awhile..pizza crust on the window sill, carpet dirty, front room table broken and the TV didn't work. Maintenance...

“The room was clean and the pool area was nice. There was a QR code to order poolside from Javelina but it didn’t work so I had to go down there and when I told them they didn’t offer to bring my order to the pool even though they didn’t have any customers. Otherwise pretty pleased with everything else.”
