“Everything was great except for the very loud ac in the room.”

“Breakfast was delicious specially on Memorial Day! As we arrived the hotel room was smelling like pets were there, so we weren’t super excited about it, but the smell soon disappeared. The pool had great temperature and staff clean and maintains it all pretty clean. It almost feels like a hidden “forest romantic” gem with the pine trees in the courtyard. When you first arrive and park you would never guess from the outside how the interior has a total different vibe!”

“Room was not clean. I saw empty soda bottle under the bed and mirror had fingerprints. The breakfast does not have alot of options. ”

“I was assigned a handicap room when I did not ask for it and the desk clerk told me Expedia sold me the room based on availability. I did not request nor need a handicap room. The night drunks were loud and noisy for a couple of hours.”

“Property was like a post card…nestled in the foothills, the views were amazing and breathtaking. Room was super clean and comfortable, especially the bedding. On-site restaurant was delicious as well chose to eat most of our meals there. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Have already started planning a return trip. Next visit it is a must to play the gorgeous golf coarse.”

“So first off this is a beautiful hotel and the mountain view was incredible. Mountain view wasn't even advertised because I guess it's expected but it was gorgeous either way. The pool closes at 10 sharp. We had hoped that as long as we got in before 10 they wouldn't kick us out immediately, but at 9:56 they were telling us we had three minutes. The room was great but it only had one working TV remote for the two tvs, and one remote that did nothing. Sitting area, bed, hot water all perfectly...

“There was a yellow stain next to the bed and the wall in the bathroom had debris on it behind the towels. The usb port did not work on the desk.”
