“I saw this hotel all over social media and was really excited to stay at RESET. We arrive at check in time and was told that we could not go to our room yet, I confirmed and ask if check in time was at 3:00 pm. The front desk agreed and stated no apology at all just that they were fully booked last night. Eventually we got told we could go to our room around 3:45pm. “Great experience for my girlfriend and I. It was our first time glamping! The yurts were cute, you also have an AC cooler inside which is nice during the summer. Restrooms aren’t your typical fancy hotel restrooms, it’s glamping in a deserted area so you shouldn’t expect anything more! “This place was a great find. Very close to the park entrance. We were only at the property for a quick 2 day trip. Our internet went down the first night but it was probably related to some outages. One thing I would say we just had enough towels for showering but no extra towels. There is a great hot tub that they heated up before we arrived which was a very nice touch. Just need the extra towels for hot tub use. Besides these small things it was a great property. ”
