Hotel in zona Foul Bay, Ocean City

“First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes...

“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. “L'attenzione al cliente è sicuramente uno dei punti forti della struttura, che pure è ben curata e confortevole. Personale sempre sorridente e attento ad ogni minima necessità. Ottimo soggiorno. Forse un po' tranquillo...fuori dall'hotel non c'è nulla e ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere un po' di vita, ma nel complesso tutto bene. Camere ben pulite e ben arredate.”
