"Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!"

"Absolutely recommend this place for anyone staying in Hot Springs area! Check in was a breeze, the facility was very clean and amazing. Our rooms were apartment style and the setup was amazing. The kids got their own quarters separate from us. Very safe and quiet area and also is within a 24/hr security ..."
