The Hotel Hot Springs
"Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!"

"Rested well! My kids enjoyed the pool even though it smelled a lot like chlorine, it made our eyes burn a little. Our room had the carpet wet in the closet room.
