“It was a nice clean room. It had everything necessary for our stay including a fridge and microwave.”

La pulizia e terribile, non tanto quando entri nell hotel, quanto per il fatto che se anche ci rimani piu di una settimana, lenzuola e asciugamani ppuliti te li sogni. I dipendenti non sono, salvo eccezioni, assolutamente interessati al benessere del cliente anche quando si tratta di richieste modestissime.
