“Internet was good and staff very pleasant. They made me porridge & asked how I'd like it made & gave me gluten free bread toasted as requested. I was in a room directly over the bar area so was a bit noisy but was all quiet by 11pm so was able to get a good sleep. Lovely room!”

Paid through Expedia, and only had to pay for late check out at hotel but they tried to take full stay and the extra payment. The main issue we had was that the room was that next to a staff run through, meaning doors were slammed constantly.
