A superbly located property within easy walking distance of everything lovely Fowey has to offer. Close to the heart of the town, minutes from shops, pubs, restaurants etc, with wonderful river views to enjoy from the property.

Beds: 1 x king size, 1 x double,  1 x small double (suitable for 1 person), 1 x single bed with pull-out trundle bed 
Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Accessibility: The property is set across 3 levels, and there are 15 steps leading to the side entrance door.
Kitchen and Utilities:  Fridge/freezer, electric range oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Nearest beach: 1 mile (Readymoney Cove)

Outdoors: Small enclosed patio garden with seating.
Parking: There is no private parking at the property, but there is a public car park nearby.

Fowey is a wonderful town as this property couldn’t be better placed, loved it!

We stayed in this house in October when Fowey was less hectic than in the peak of summer. We loved being so close to the restaurants and pubs and hardly used our vehicles. The car park is very close to the property so it's not inconvenient that there's no parking with the house. The house itself suited us very well. The beds are very comfortable. The views over the river from the living room are beautiful.
