We booked though Expedia , a specific room type for the space , when we arrived we were placed into a different class of room. When I went to the front desk to inquire the women working was brutally rude and swore she upgraded me with a better view . “Staff was great, Breakfast options and quality for it being included was good. However our room was NOT clean, especially the bathroom. I will be posting/emailing the pictures on google. The bathroom shower was leaking on the floor and with that I used a towel to wipe up the water in which i realized HOW DIRTY to floor was. The towel was black. Then realized that they tried to fix the broken shower by caulking/resealing around the edges and the sliding door's glass was completely covered in dust...

“Room was great, Applebee's inside hotel was delicious and the staff was wonderful. 19th floor view was amazing... We could see both the water front and down town city. Only issue we had was shower had a drip that lasted about 30 minutes after showering, that was hitting the metal piece in the shower and we weren't able to turn our heat down, 76°. Ugh! ”

“Nice, clean although there is a $150 deposit when you check in and $35 for housekeeping if you use the service. Otherwise, I recommend the stay for the duration of a weekend. ”
