“Hotel in fase di ristrutturazione, purtroppo la spa era chiusa (non dichiarata al momento della prenotazione e scoperto in loco). Camere confortevoli e di buone dimenzioni, pulite e ben organizzate. Bella l'aera piscina, peccato per i lavori in corso.”

The standout moment was the first staff member who helped us—early check-in, no hassle. But after that? The rest of the staff dropped the ball. Wrong info more than once, promises to deliver things to the room that never showed up, and when we went in person, they were pretty unhelpful. So, yeah, that was a mess....

“Unremarkable experience in this Hotel Colonial Iguazu. Hotel staff don't speak and can't understand English. It was difficult to communicate. In addition receptionists aren't friendly, they never said "Good morning". The conditions of the room weren't that good, very old fornitures (doors, shower...) and we didn't find the floor clean when we first entered. The price is good and so the food (we had breakfasts and lunches). ”
