Located in the countryside, 10 minutes from Châlons-en-Champagne and 15 minutes from Vitry-le-François, you’ll find the peace and comfort you need to relax and reconnect with friends or family. This fully air-conditioned vacation rental features a large living area with an open-concept kitchen leading to the dining room and living room (with a flat-screen TV and soundbar), 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 11 people and a baby, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate restrooms, a terrace equipped with a dining table that seats up to 12 people, a plancha grill, and outdoor furniture overlooking an enclosed inner courtyard (shared with another vacation rental). For your entertainment, you’ll find a pétanque area for all ages with equipment provided, as well as some games for the children. The beds are made upon your arrival, and bath linens are provided. You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay (an end-of-stay cleaning service is available for €100 through the owner) (washing dishes, emptying trash cans, placing bed linens and towels in the laundry room, mopping floors, cleaning the bathroom, etc.)
