Excellent place to stay on Saint Thomas. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms a short walk from downtown Charlotte Amalie. This is a small, locally owned "hotel" that has an intimate, relaxed vibe. Easy access and parking.

The views were beautiful and walking distance to town. The room was clean but our room was unfinished. For example, windows with no curtains and a slider that only had a partial curtain and didn’t fully close. The neighbors got a show every night (and not by choice) Also our water was cut off -twice- but they quickly fixed it. The pool area was hit or miss with too many day-passers drowning the vibe. When you arrive - expect to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. The food was excellent and our bartender Mac was the best on the island. Great drinks and good company. The other bartender - Stephanie was the opposite of Mac - she openly complained about the hotel and other co-workers - completely unprofessional (and didn’t make a good drink) . When you’re on vacation, the last thing you want to listen to is someone bit$&ching while you sip on a drink. This place could be a gem with some changes.

Our room’s air conditioning was not working during our stay. We reported the issue to the front desk multiple times, but it was never resolved, and we were not offered a different room. In addition, our bathroom door was broken for two days. We had to make several requests before it was finally repaired on the third day. The most disappointing part of our experience was the lack of responsiveness from the front desk staff. Our concerns were repeatedly overlooked, and it often felt as though our needs as guests were not being taken seriously. Overall, the poor maintenance and lack of customer service made for a very frustrating stay.
