“I don’t smoke or able to tolerate the smell of cigarettesThe smoke area was directly below my window. The constant talking and cigarette smell coming up through my window from the courtyard below night and day was the only unpleasant experience. The staff was great and I know if I complained they would try to accommodate me but I was too lazy to ask for a room change as I was away for most of the day. Otherwise the experience was great for what I paid for.”

“Let me start by saying the staff was amazing and incredibly accommodating! We had a stop over in Germany for a few days on our way home from Ireland. Unfortunately, they were in the middle of an oppressive heatwave and there was no air conditioning in our room. When we opened the windows to let in fresh air, we realized we were on a street train route and it was so loud. We ended up spending the least amount of time in the room as possible.
