“Ohne vorherige Information eine andere Unterkunft als gebucht an einer anderen Adresse (600m entfernt) bekommen. Auf Rückfrage sehr unfreundliche Antwort erhalten. Die neue Unterkunft war gleichwertig und in Ordnung, die Gegend jedoch nicht so schön.”

“Man muss relativ steile Treppen bis in den vierten Stock hinauf erklimmen, aber es lohnt sich. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Unterkunft war in einem top sauberen Zustand. Die Lage ist einfach genial, man ist in zwei Minuten am Main und in fünf Minuten am Dom. Nachteilig ist natürlich, dass es in dem Sinne keinen Service gibt. “Loved the comfortable beds, cozy, clean, quiet and black out shutters. Situated in a super cute town. Parking was easy. I did wish the washer was also a dryer, but we had to hang dry clothes, which was okay. There's also not an oven, so plan for that if you're cooking there. Freezer is tiny. Beds are big, more like a King size. Communication through WhatsApp was excellent and quick to respond. Overall, we loved it and will stay with StayBright again. ”
