“This was a great stay! It was luxurious to have so much space! Conveniently located to all the attractions in Amboise, and a winery a literal stone’s throw away. One downside was no internet or wifi, and within the house the signal was poor- had to pop outside a few times when internet was needed. We would definitely stay again! ”

“Lovely and very well equipped fire. The pool area is great and secure for children. Kim and Jeremy were extremely welcoming, helpful and very communicative. we stayed with our two very young children and there was plenty of baby equipment (high chair, baby bath, stair gate etc) available. The location is rural but within an easy drive to lots of local amenities and chateaux. Would definitely recommend as a base to explore the area!”

“Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte avec notre bébé d'un an ! La maison est équipée de tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin au quotidien (vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver, chaise haute...) et idéalement située à la fois au calme et proche du zoo de Beauval. Un soir, nous avons même eu la chance d'apercevoir une biche traverser le terrain ! ”

“Very high quality of fixtures and fittings in a splendid barn conversion - absolutely delightful! The location is splendid, surrounded by vineyards which you can walk around, and a delightful garden. Very handy for exploration of the Loire Valley, its towns and chateaux, and of course wineries. “We spent a lovely 5 nights at the Gite de Cambalu which was well equipped and very well situated for visiting the towns and chateaux (especially Chenonceau) of the Loire valley. The setting in the countryside was very peaceful and it really nice to eat fresh eggs in the morning from the farm courtesy of our host. “We have had such a wonderful stay in this cosy and well equipped cabin. Although it's small everything you could possibly need was there. It was super clean and comfortable and set in the most beautiful garden. The bathroom/shower were excellent and the bed felt very snug behind its curtains. The air-conditioning was also much appreciated. We were able to walk easily into Amboise in around 10 minutes.
