“Nice hotel, looks new and updated compared to other hotels in Germany. Very friendly staff! Great drinks at the bar and good breakfast. My only complaint would be the small bathroom/shower but thats par for the course in Germany. Will definitely stay here again next year! ”

“The service was amazing and the food was delicious. Everyone from the owners who made you feel like family to all the servers were excellent. The owners spoke English. Although Steffi did not speak a lot of English she tried and always had a smile and was delightful. The tub was an unexpected surprise but a very good surprise. There was also a shower. I highly recommend this gasthof and if we come back we will definitely stay here again.”

“The main attraction of this Inn being the 10 consecutive generations of one family running the place since 1648. The two sons have just taken over and the older generation still helps out - a very cosy, homely feeling and what lacks in refinement is compensated in personal and attentive service. The rooms are simple, but clean with good beds and linen for a relaxed sleep. The menu is solid German country kitchen with few twists and alternatives and nothing fancy or vegetarian.”

“Vi skulle kun bruge en enkelt overnatning, på vej gennem Tyskland. Vi ankom sent, men indtjekning gik nemt og personalet var meget hjælpsomt. Rigtig dejligt værelse. Gode senge, og gode hovedpuder! “We booked this hotel just for one night sleep passing through the city. From the moment you walk into this hotel you feel like home. It’s cozy and home like. Comfy bed, spacious rooms and not to mention the view from our balcony.
