Posizione fantastica !!! Downtown Frankenmuth / Chiedi informazioni su come organizzare una festa privata

Siamo molto fortunati a trovarci a solo mezzo isolato da Main Street, a un isolato dai negozi di River Place ea meno di 5 minuti a piedi dal Bavarian Inn o dal ristorante Zehnder nel centro di Frankenmuth. Inoltre, puoi attraversare la strada e goderti una partita a golf presso il campo da golf Fortress. La casa ha un ambiente accogliente e familiare con un sacco di carattere. È una casa molto pulita, spaziosa, bella e storica con pavimenti e rifiniture in legno originali. Dopo una giornata trascorsa facendo shopping, mangiando, giocando a golf o rilassandoti in uno dei biergarten locali, divertiti a tornare in un tranquillo ambiente residenziale. Rilassati e grigliati nel patio posteriore privato che si affaccia sull'ampio cortile posteriore o siediti sulla grande e accogliente veranda anteriore e guarda passare le carrozze trainate da cavalli.

Abbiamo 4 ampie camere da letto (master al piano principale), 2 bagni completi (uno per piano), spogliatoio (ottimo per feste di matrimonio), grande cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo con grande tavolo da riunione, salotti al piano superiore e al piano inferiore, sala giochi con giochi e tavolo da ping-pong. Ti innamorerai della posizione tranquilla e di molti ottimi servizi! Una posizione perfetta per la tua vacanza o rifugio in Frankenmuth.

Con la nostra rinnovata Carriage Haus, l'ampio cortile e il patio, abbiamo creato un'atmosfera privata, intima e confortevole, dove amici e parenti possono festeggiare ogni occasione insieme. È il luogo perfetto per intrattenere solo durante le stagioni calde (da maggio a settembre). Per pianificare un evento speciale per il tuo gruppo, chiama o invia un'email con i dettagli. We stayed here for our wedding weekend in town. The location is excellent and Sharon was our best host to date. You can tell she takes great care in her property and thinks of everything. She is very responsive and accommodated all of our requests. It was a great place to stay with family and friends.

The entire home was clean and comfortable. There was a beautiful note and wine/snacks to welcome us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house and yard were decorated with such wonderful taste that pre-wedding pictures were taken at the residence. Not to mention that is was within a comfortable walking distance to every place in downtown Frankenmuth. Would highly recommended!!

As we were there for Summerfest we really didn’t use most of the kitchen. However it was sufficiently stocked with modern appliances and all the bells and whistles. The rest of the house really nice and clean with no complaints whatsoever. Would recommend this location and should the occasion come up to book it again would do so without hesitation.

We were with other family helping clean out my parentsʻ house. The Historic Brownstone Haus was a greta retreat at the end of some very dusty days. Well equipped and comfortable, inside and out.

Memorial Day Weekend

Our trip was perfect. We were a group of 6, and the sleeping and accommodations were perfect for us (two couples and two singles). Everything was as described in the VRBO listing.Some in our group golfed Sunday and Monday, and the location was unbelievable, we just gathered our clubs and walked across the street to the Fortress. We grilled steaks our first night, and ate in town our other two nights. The house was well appointed for all of our cooking and other needs. The pool table was a nice touch.We were also lucky to have the balloon festival and dog competitions happening, which gave the non golfers much to do during the day, and the entire group enjoyed the balloons each afternoon. The house was a short 5 minute walk to the festivities and the main drag of Frankenmuth (River Place shops, etc.).We were thrilled with the location for the fireworks, which we enjoyed from the front porch.Our host (Sharon) was great - she sent check in/out instructions, and texted with me a bit as I had a couple of questions for her about the property. She responded quickly and helped with our inquiries. We would definitely return for another visit to Frankenmuth. I can’t imagine staying elsewhere.

Beauty, amenities, convenience

My husband and I, our two children and their spouses, and our four grandchildren (12, 11, 8, 3) fit very comfortably into this charming historic home. We were there for 2 nights over spring break. We especially enjoyed the huge dining room table that provided plenty of room for the family to play games and do activities. Also, it is very convenient - very walkable - to downtown and the Waterpark we took the children to, and to Bronners Christmas World. The owners were very responsive and they were the first to notify I that we left some items - and then to send them to us!! We will definitely stay there again on a future visit to Frankenmuth.

Wedding Party Weekend

My husband and I have many family and friends who stood in our wedding party that live 6 hours away. We wanted to spend our wedding weekend soaking up as much time as possible with these important people. The Brownstone Haus made that possible. The Haus was filled with love, laughter, and many memories were made. The Brownstone accommodated all of us and could not have been a more perfect space for all of us to to enjoy each other's company. It served as a fantastic getting ready space for the morning of the wedding with the bride tribe. The groomsmen came to the house later and captured some amazing photos with the pool table and in the Carriage House. I highly recommend booking this house for any reason. It's a beautiful space that can easily meet the needs of both small and large groups of people any time of year.

Girls annual getaway

The house is lovely, and has every amenity!.. it is also right in the center of all the activities in town. We have come back to this house for several years, and will continue to do so .. Sharon is a very thorough manager, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this house!
