Wonderful Girls Get A Way
The house was fabulous and with a great location. Each lady had their own bedroom, which was a big plus. We would definitely stay there again.

A great weekend of board games
Our stay was incredible! The estate was massive, the host was helpful, and everyone had a great time! The only slight issue was that the wifi was a bit slow, but otherwise would do it again.

Big house with a big table.
The big table that accommodates 10 people was a hit. One dinner 2 breakfasts and countless card games at the big table and fabulous house made this bowling tournament weekend one of our best ever.

Excellent Stay!
Beautiful accommodations, clean and huge. Probably comfortably sleeps 14 adults, more if some are children. A great view of the fireworks during snowfest was a bonus!

Holiday time in Little Bavaria
The ResidenZ was a perfect venue for our Family get together the week before Christmas. We celebrated a 4 year old birthday, captured beautiful Family photographs, and explored Frankenmuth using the home as our base. There was ample room for numerous Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins to comfortably be together and also enough space for separation. The home was clean and well equipped as advertised having everything needed for a pleasant stay with absolutely perfect Christmas decor. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Fun in Frankenmuth
Large home with comfortable beds, private individual spaces and large gathering areas. Extraordinarily convenient to local. Sites. Would suggest upgrading bath towels, and assessing that the large coffee container is not empty for your guests.

Close and cozy
We loved the house. The house was clean, overall comfortable, had trouble with the heat in the main floor master. I personally do not like the bathroom open to the bedroom and carpet in the bathroom. The tv in the family room area would not work for us. The house was not as well stocked with items as other rentals we stayed in. Overall it was a beautiful home and close to everything. I would stay there again.

Ladies Weekend
The house was great for a group getaway. The location of the house made it easy to walk to everything in downtown Frankenmuth but still have privacy. The house had all the amenities that you could need for a large group.

Beautiful and Spacious
Our family has been coming to Frankenmuth for over 25 years and only started staying in rental homes since 2020. This was our first time staying at the ResidenZ and we truly enjoyed ourselves! There was so much room to spread out, but we also loved eating and playing games together at the large dining table! (We do wish the kitchen area was more open to the dining area, but that’s just a design preference on our part.) Overall, we were very impressed with the home! It was exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything we could need! We’ll definitely be back!

Wedding Weekend Rental
This place was absolutely perfect for the weekend of our wedding. At the house we had the bride and groom and the wedding party stay leading up to our wedding on a Saturday. It was extremely spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. We couldn't get ready at the venue so this was ideal for everyone in the wedding party to get ready and still not have the bride and groom see each other. Great walking distance to shops downtown and the Oktoberfest!

My family and I have a get together every year and this was one of favorite places to stay! It was very spacious and clean. It is in a prime location, we never had to travel more than 15 minutes to where we wanted to go. Thanks for sharing this lovely home with us.

Simply an awesome place to stay. Clean. Big. All the amenities you need and the location is ideal. Went with family that ranged in age from 2 to 68. We were more than comfortable and had a great time. Highly recommend. Ideal to visit all Frankenmuth has to offer.

Fantastic vacation!
To say we had an amazing stay would be an understatement. This house is the PERFECT place for a group or family to stay if they want to visit the area. It was within walking distance to almost everything, lots of food, shops, activities, festivals. The house was amazing, large bedrooms and beds, lots of bathrooms, the dining area is spectacular. I can't say enough about this property, my family loved it and all the kids couldn't stop talking about the "mansion" we were staying in! Very private even though it is close to everything. We would and will stay here again in the future!

Sixtieth Anniversary
Everyone in our group of nine thought that The Residenz was a fantastic property and everyone enjoyed the entire experience. My wife and I organized this event and would not change a thing. Some just enjoyed Frankenmuth. My nephew and I played golf on both of the full days of our stay. Night time around the fire pit was special for everyone.

Our Weekend Escape
We are a group of 10 women on a relaxing weekend away and this house is perfect for us. This was our 2nd stay at Residenz Inn. This property is not only attactive but very spacious and allowed us to spread out and enjoy different activities. The kitchen has plenty of supplies/equipment. We will definately be back!

This property was amazing for a large group, lots of room to spread out.

Great family getaway for 13
We had a great time with 13 of us 5 adults and 8 kids. The master bedroom and Jcuzzi were especially nice as it let us the grandparents relax lol from grandkids at times. Everyone had a great time and with it run by the Bavarian Inn next door the couple times we needed something it was extremely fast response. Great walking distance to activities but still your own private area.

Our experience with your rental property was fabulous beyond our expectations. The accommodations were immaculate and well maintained. Every room is beautiful as well as comfortable. Everything you need is provided. We couldn’t find a single fault. Highly recommend anyone looking for high end accommodations in Frankenmuth look no further. Frankenmuth Family Trip
We really enjoyed this beautiful home. We were in town for just a couple of days & loved the location. We were able to walk across the bridge into town. We walked along the river in the mornings & had a great time enjoying family we don’t see often at the house. The home had board games & was well appointed with toiletries & more than the typical kitchen basics and very clean! I look forward to staying here again!

Surprise 92nd birthday party
Great place to rent, beautiful house, and great location. I had 14 ladies join me for a surprise birthday party for my 92 year old Mom. Plenty of space for everyone, never felt crowded at all.

The PERFECT Home in the PERFECT Town
This property was super clean and absolutely gorgeous. We had 10 people staying and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very private and quiet - yet walking distance to just about everything in Frankenmuth. One of the best vacations I've ever been on. Thank you!!!
