They all raved about their places. Very clean, unique decor with all the details and accommodations thought through. Jeff was awesome to work with. I was in communication with him on several occasions before the wedding and he was always so responsive. Beautiful views on Tullers Lake.”

“Very nice layout and view was amazing! Wish some of the tree branches could be trimmed to enjoy it fully.. amenities were adequate, beds were just ok, one was too firm. Recommend a real toaster not the toaster/oven and a Keurig coffee maker or something easier.. Overall we had a wonderful time, great atmosphere and water pressure in shower was fantastic! Best location in Glen Arbor.. highly recommend you won’t be disappointed”

“We came to golf, hike, and enjoy the spa at Crystal Mountain. We planned to leave the property but never did. Walked to everything on property - enjoyed restaurants and market. Perfect place for a couple of girls with 2 bed and 2 bath.”

“It was quite a bit to spend to have difficulty with a few things. The door is hard to open. The bathroom barely has clearance for the door and leaves little room for body. The fruit flies were terrible and when my husband called to complain, Vacasa was less than responsive. I expected to have at least one pod of coffee to start the day as check in was so late for the day we arrived and coffee shop was closed by then. It was decorated beautiful and clean. Enjoyed the extra soft blankets we used...

“This was a great location that was easy to reach and had beautiful views of lake Michigan, Manitou island and sleeping Bear dune.”

“The property was just as described online. The chalet was just a short walk across the street to Kinlochen and the Buck lift. It was clean and the heat worked great for us. The only suggestions I would make for the management company is to get updated pans to cook with that don't stick, and a new keypad for the main entry door. Having to punch in 10 numbers just to get inside was a bit much. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!!”

“The paddle boards and canoes on the lake made the trip really fun for teenagers. Right on a nice lake so it’s shallow enough to explore and also swim out deeper and much warmer than Lake Michigan which is close enough to drive back and forth from easily.”
