“Opportunities for improvement. Temp's were in the low 30's when we arrived in the evening. All thermostats were set at 53 degrees. It took 2 days to get the house up to a comfortable temperature. 70 degrees. very uncomfortable 1st night. Main level bedroom has a step right at the door. a permanent night light is needed there. I about had a very ugly fall. The outside Christmas lights run 24/7 which dumps tremendous light into the lower bedroom, a dawn/dusk sensor with several hour runtime...
