“I really liked the room set-up. I remember when the hotel was first built around 2023-24 and it looked so modern. This was our first stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep our upstairs neighbors made and I mean EVERY FOOT STEP. Also, we could hear people talking as they walked by our room, like our door was open. terrible sound-proofing on the ceiling and door. The hotel was clean and smelled good and the breakfast was awesome. If I were to stay again, I would ask...

“The room was mostly clean, but the mattress on the bed next to the window sags so badly that you can't sit on the side of it without falling to the floor. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles on the wall were empty & had been squeezed so much, they were dented. The lady at check-in was on her cell phone having a full conversation about finding a man "Butt-naked in the bathtub because he just got too hot". I had to stand there and listen to this conversation while trying to check...

“The breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30 but at 9:00 hot and cold items were missing from the buffet. No eggs, meats, fruit or bread for toast. Just cereal and a few muffins. Patrons complained but items were not restocked. The made to order omelet station was still running but the line was long and slow. There was no internet in our room. The fee for the electric car charging was ridiculously high for a level 2 charger, We would had paid less and spent less time at the Tesla super...
