Il cottage Maple in Lake Bluff Preserve è situato in cima alle scogliere che si affacciano sul Lago Michigan, un miglio a nord del centro di Francoforte. Nuova costruzione 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni con open space soggiorno piano terra, ponte avvolgente, sala da pranzo e posti a sedere isola cucina per 10. Suite matrimoniali private al piano superiore e al piano terra con bagni privati, aree salotto / sala giochi. Cucina a isola completa con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile aperti a soggiorni e sale da pranzo con vista sul Lago Michigan.
Un migliaio di metri di fronte alla spiaggia è accessibile tramite scale di spiaggia (22 piani!) poi 80 piedi di scala di corda. Arrivare alla spiaggia è impegnativo ma molto gratificante! Lake Bluff Preserve è situato su 70 acri di terreno boscoso e dune, ideale per escursioni, ciaspolate, sci di fondo ed esplorare senza lasciare la proprietà.
Downtown Frankfort è un miglio a sud, sede di un porto di acque profonde, ottimi ristoranti, negozi, Birrificio Stormcloud e molte attrazioni per tutte le stagioni ed età. Crystal Mountain Ski & Golf Resort, Arcadia Bluffs, Crystal Downs e altri tre campi da golf sono tutti entro 15 miglia. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Point Betsie Lighthouse, Crystal Lake, Frankfort Public Beach, i fiumi Platte e Betsie sono tutti a breve distanza in auto o in bicicletta.
La fauna selvatica che puoi vedere quotidianamente comprende aquile calve, falchi, cervi dalla coda bianca, gatto selvatico e molti altri uccelli, insetti e animali dai ponti.
Due lettini a scomparsa e un divano letto possono ospitare gruppi fino a 10 in letti.

Amazing location

Family of five spent several days here exploring the Sleeping Bear Dunes area and Frankfort. Could easily accommodate a multi-family party. Amazing views of the setting sun over Lake Michigan. Would come back and stay longer.

Beautiful property covenant location

Everyone enjoyed the stay. The house was very clean and everything has been maintained very well. Amazing evening views and very close to Frankfort. We would definitely stay again. We were a bit confused on the bed room situation given photo’s and description but the contact was very responsive and cleared it up for us..

Wonderful in every way

The property was everything we hoped for—beautiful view, great decks, very clean and everything functioned properly. It was well appointed and the kitchen was perfect for preparing family meals together. Dawn was very professional and easy to work with and we hope to come back soon !

Great beach rental

This house was perfect for us. Amazing location and views. Very simple home, clean and adequate. Warning: there is no door on the master bedroom. This didn't bother us, but for people who are light sleepers or need privacy this would be annoying.

Lake Township Review

Our date moved a few times as we were planning the stay around a wedding which was postponed because of COVID multiple times. Dawn was very accommodating in helping us move our reservation dates around and allowing us to have early check in. I can’t say enough good things about the place, it’s location and the management. Would highly recommend!

Secluded yet close to town

Awesome house, great location, a great place to get away and disconnect yet still about a 5 minute drive from the nearby grocery store. Definitely will be back for another trip of rest and relaxation. Only thing I wish was functional was the steps down to Lake Michigan however I understand this isn't the owners fault and they are in the process of fixing it!

Spectacular Views

The property is set next to 2 other homes - secluded but close to the town of Frankfort. The breeze, fresh air, and views are priceless. The furniture is simple but does the job. I don't know what they do to the sheets and towels but they are very soft. Only complaint is that the steps down to the beach are closed but that isn't their fault. The power went out for about an hour but the owners communicated well and got it up and running quickly. The chairs on the patio are right at eye level with the view so I liked to bring a higher stool outside. Overall I would highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

Lake Bluff

We have been visiting Frankfort for many years. This was our first rental on the water. Very pleasant experience. Although parking was a little bit of an issue especially with the proximity of the other rental homes. But home was very nice and views were breathtaking.

Girls trip

The property was awesome. Very clean. The large house next door needs better parking. They had several large boats and many cars making it difficult to maneuver through there. The tanker for the propane gas just turned around. I'm not sure if he ever came back to fill the tanks. I would definitely come back to this place again. We are a group of women who travel and hike.

Gorgeous views

We just checked out this morning and had a wonderful stay. Place was clean. Had the most incredible views of Lake Michigan. Close to Frankfort and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Even had a mini-dune for the kids. Bummer on the stairs to the beach being out of service, but nothing the owners have control of.
