Lake Bluff Preserve Spruce Cottage 22 posti letto con vista sul lago Michigan Sunset

Il cottage Spruce di nuova costruzione è progettato per offrire a famiglie numerose e gruppi un comodo spazio per mangiare e vivere insieme in un grande spazio aperto al piano principale, offrendo la privacy di quattro piani separati per trovare tranquillità e privacy. La casa a quattro piani ha due ponti avvolgenti e si trova a 300 piedi sopra il lago Michigan, sulla terra incontaminata delle dune. 8 camere da letto, 5. 5 bagni, tre soggiorni, ampi posti a sedere per 20-25 nella nostra ampia sala da pranzo e cucina dell'isola, il tutto su 70 acri di terreno privato con spettacolare vista sul tramonto e sull'acqua. La nuova cucina moderna con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, lavatrice e asciugatrice e tre suite matrimoniali rendono facile per più famiglie e gruppi condividere lo spazio per un fine settimana di sci o golf o vacanze estive.
Ogni cottage del Lake Bluff Preserve ha una buca per il fuoco delle dune. Lo Spruce ha anche un appartamento con 2 camere da letto chiamato Pioppo con cucina completa e lavanderia collegata da porte della suite al livello principale e camera da letto. L'affitto dell'appartamento in abete e pioppo insieme fornirebbe letti, divani letto e divani per circa 30.
La zona di Frankfort ospita un porto turistico di acque profonde, il birrificio Stormcloud, il faro di Pointe Betsie, la riva del lago dell'orso dormiente, i campi da golf Arcadia Bluffs, i tour del vino, lo sci a Crystal Mountain e non è necessario lasciare la nostra proprietà per fare escursioni, montagna pedalare ed esplorare le dune e le foreste. In inverno è possibile praticare racchette da neve e sci di fondo dalla porta di casa. I laghi Crystal e Platte e i fiumi Betsie e Platte forniscono agli sportivi pesca, kayak, tubing e nuoto con molte attività di noleggio di attrezzi nella zona.
Guarda i tramonti, le aquile calve, i cervi di whitetail, le farfalle monarca e altre specie autoctone comodamente dal tuo mazzo o prendi il sentiero e le scale fino al fondo della scogliera per una nuotata.
La vicinanza molto vicina all'M-22 rende Lake Bluff Preserve un ottimo punto di ritrovo per club di tour automobilistici e motociclistici, enoturisti, ritiri e riunioni, golfisti e chiunque voglia ammirare la bellezza del Lago Michigan e del Nord-ovest del Michigan. Meno di un'ora a Traverse City, Leland, Arcadia Bluffs e Crystal Mountain.

Had a decent group of guys for our bachelor party here and it was absolutely phenomenal. No need to go out in town due to the breathtaking views and area of where the house is located. The hosts were amazing and I would definitely come back in the future.

Every room, including the bedrooms, has a stunning view of Lake Michigan. It feels like you’re in California. Our group could not stop talking about how nice it was to wake up to the blue waters of Lake Michigan. Highly recommended!

This property was a wonderful place for our friends to gather and celebrate a few birthdays. It was well stocked for the crowd, clean, and more spacious than expected. We loved the dining spaces and the view. The beds were very comfortable! Would def rent again!!!

We had our annual family vacation at the Spruce (family members from NY, Pittsburgh, Boston, and Michigan) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect (other than not having curtains on one of the bedroom doorwalls for morning sun shining in) for our large group and was very well equipped for our family cooking times. The sunset views were amazing and stargazing was great too! Having a lot of open space to share together (with three youngsters) was a bonus! I hope we can make it back on one of our future annual family trips!

We had a wonderful family Christmas at the Spruce House. They even put up a real tree for us when asked about holiday decor. All questions/requests were answered quickly. We highly recommend this site and look forward to returning for a future family Christmas celebration!

We had the pleasure of staying at this location this time last year and were excited to return because it was a wonderful place to stay with friends. Not only is the setting lovely but the house is well appointed with everything you’ll need for your stay. In fact, they added additional beds and another fridge over the last year. This made our stay even more comfortable and we had another great visit. We hope to return for more fun in the future.

My family and I really loved this property. It was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Loved the open concept, large kitchen area with plenty of seating. Loved being on the lake with spectacular views. I would definitely come back.

We stayed at the Spruce! Amazing views of Lake Michigan and beautiful sunset every night!! Ample space for our 3 families. We used the fire pit every night we were there! Totally amazing experience I would totally come back here again. We’re a family that travels a lot around the world and I’m going to tell you that this place ranks in the top 5 places we’ve ever stayed!! Amazingly clean, huge rooms, more than enough bathrooms, all the amenities and more than what you would need for a week’s stay.

We had multiple generations of our family staying over for three nights, and we had a terrific time. Kids played in the sand, we had a fire every night, and a couple of terrific sunsets. Two dining room tables and the overall size of the house meant we all had plenty of room to be with each other, but not on top of each other. The master bedroom needs to have the door resized, but everything else seemed in good order. The owners were very responsive to the few questions I had prior to checking in.

House, views, location and cleanliness where all excellent. So much to do in the area. I would not hesitate in recommending this house to a large group. We had 22 (13 adults and 9 kids) and we found space for all with a couple air mattresses. I would suggest owners supply more towels and maybe 1 additional fridge but those items are very minor.

Really unfortunate to say that this stay was not carefree. The first night we got there we were caught in a storm, their windows were not leak proof, water everywhere, screeen door damaged due to it , rugs drenched. We were up all night cleaning floors and washing towels. We then had no WiFi for a few days , which is not what we were told and that did not connect smoothly. We then were dealt with an awful ( like throw up gag ) sewer smell on the second floor most of our stay. Come to find they chargerd me for the security deposit they say due to the screen door and the amount of linen they had to do wash. Really?! There were 22 if us, I would think there would be a lot of linen to wash. Ontop of all this, owners family would “stop”in whenever she felt like it. The stairs down the Lake Michigan are broken, no way to get to the beach from there. We had to ride into town which defeated the purpose.
