Hotel pulito e decoroso con una buona colazione
Premetto che abbiamo soggiornato in transito dall’Olanda per l’Italia una sola notte. La posizione per la nostra logistica era perfetta ma non abbiamo visitato i dintorni. Buona la colazione. La stanza per 4 persone era giusta e calda. Sarà il caldo eccezionale ma l’isolamento del tetto non é il massimo si é dormito malissimo. Per il resto ci sono stati problemi con il passaggio di informazioni fra Hotel.com e la struttura. A detta di Hotel é responsabilità della struttura, fatto sta che abbiamo perso 1 ora nella nostra tabella di viaggio dato che l’hotel pretendeva il pagamento di costi già saldati ad Hotel.com. Il personale non ha grossa dimestichezza con l’inglese.

Gentile ospite, siamo molto lieti della tua valutazione. Grazie Sfortunatamente, anche le stanze del grattacielo a quasi 40 ° di temperatura esterna sono calde. Tuttavia, c'è la possibilità di prenotare una camera con aria condizionata. Nella trasmissione dei tuoi dati, purtroppo, c'era un problema con il portale dell'hotel, che doveva essere chiarito. Non è stata colpa nostra, ma ci scusiamo. La tua squadra da Bauschheimer Hof.

In a quiet residential area. We stayed only one night to be close to the airport for an early flight. Great hotel. Very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable.

Sehr sauber und gepflegter Zustand. Ruhig gelegen in schöner landschaftlicher Umgebung. Mir persönlich war nur die Matratze etwas zu weich. Ich bevorzuge jedoch auch harte Matratzen.

Cosy hotel in Ruesselsheim.
The hotel was comfortable, easy to get to with, lift and free parking. The breakfast did not have a big variety but it was good. The hotel is 30 min drive to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and we will be back.

Families of 5 additional fees for family room
Quaint little hotel in nice area. Positives - lovely breakfast, - nice area comfortable bed - air conditioning for an extra fee. Not so positives - booked and got confirmation for a family room (2 adults & 3 children) when we arrived at hotel were told family room was for total of 4 so we had to pay extra for additional bed. Hotels.com have agreed to refund additional cost but Hotel was adamant. Not clear who's at fault, but certain our booking confirmation was clear; 2 adults, 3 children

Then of course it would have stayed with the booked price. However, you have requested another bed. This is associated with a surcharge of 10 €. This is a normal process in a hotel. Best regards. Dear Guest. The train station is about 10 kilometers from the hotel (5 minutes by car). A city bus stops in front of the hotel. You could have told before booking exactly where the hotel is located. After complaining about it is not okay.

Everything was very nice and clean. The owners were extremely helpful. Cute town with a several restaurants within walking distance that stayed open on a Sunday night. I would recommend this hotel to others.

This is close to FRA airport. Nice town. We slept 4 adults comfortably in the family room. Close to shopping. Parking here was not a problem.

Great stay. Great price.
Our plane landed late so I called the hotel to inform them of our arrival being after 2200. They provided a code which when entered provides a key to your room. They made the process simple, and we walked right into our room. The room was large, clean, and well lit, and the bathroom was well supplied. We enjoyed our stay. The local area is quaint; which we like and there are a few restaurants nearby. Great stay. Great price.
