Struttura un po datata comunque completa di tutto. In camera si sta bene e la colazione al mattino è abbondante e completa anche se a prezzo mediamente doppio che in Italia. La pulizia e controllo della camera è superficiale

Our products are always fresh and you get a cold buffet, fresh fruits, fresh made eggs, cereals etc and a lot of coffee. I think € 14,50 is not too much. It needs to be refurbished. It's clean and comfortable enough. There is no A/C so it can be hot.

The most horrible wireless in years
The wireless was practically non existing. Not even possible to access email properly. I had work to do and it was impossible. This is not what a hotel in the vicinity of a business hub like a Frankfurt airport should guarantee. The room was ok and the service kind, but connectivity is a basic service nowadays. Will not come back there. Ah, and no shuttle from the airport. Another major flaw

Dear Guest, it is impossible that the WIFI was not working we have a new and faster connection. Maybe you made something wrong. You better ask at the reception. It is right that we don´t have a shuttle, but we don´t need to have. There is a public bus which goes 4 times a hour to the airport.

Super Zentral an Frankfurt gelegen. Mit dem Taxi in knapp 10 Minuten am Stadion. Das komplette Personal war ausnahmslos Nett, Hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Die Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Danke an das nette Team,das unseren Aufenthalt sehr sehr angenehm gestaltet hat!!! Wir waren zum NFL Spiel da,und können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Hotel is ok, not recommended during hot days as property does not provide air conditioning. The trasportation to the center is limited, 16 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

Ein nettes Hotel
Ein nettes Hotel! Parken konnte man in der Seitenstraße kostenlos. Aufzug, Wasserkocher mit Zubehör, kleiner Kühlschrank waren vorhanden. Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Hello, thx for your comment. We are very sorry, that you did not feel really good at your stay in our hotel. At your stay, our hotel was almost fully booked and not all guests can have a room to the backside without that traffic noise. In case of the cover and pillows we did not get any information about that problem, so we had unfortunately no chance to solve it. Give us a next chance at your next visit to cinvince you again. Wir waren voll zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Von der Rezeption, die uns ein Taxi geordert hat bis zum Frühstück bei dem es extra für mich Glutenfreies Brot gab waren wir voll zufrieden. Es war sauber und das Zimmer war auch sauber und schön. Das Bad ist schon etwas älter, aber vollkommen ausreichend :)
