Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel and rooms where clean. The bathroom and shower where clean and in good working order.

Very nice quality hotel deserving of its awards. Nice areas around hotel. Mattresses were old spring style but they were in good shape. Very clean and nice hotel, excellent staff.

Awesome..Awesome…Awesome…. This place is perfect. The town it sits in is quaint..,and the front desk attendant is very personable…. Her name is Kim and she actually called our room after check-in to see how we are and if everything is ok. Priceless!!!! I will come back here because of this service. Exceptional!!!

The Staff was excellent! They went out of their way to make sure that our group had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Nothing bad to say. Just a little out dated.

This is an older property, but it has been kept up very well. Because it is older, the rooms are much larger than newer hotel rooms. Best of all: we received the best customer service over our 4-day stay than we've experienced in YEARS! The staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would always choose this hotel over the Holiday Inn Express that is the only other option within 10 miles of this area.

Kim at the front desk was a joy to interact with. She welcomed us on our return visit, followed up with us to make certain we approved of our room and provided excellent suggestions for dining options. I have stayed at much more expensive hotels in more exclusive locations and have never received the level of competency and politeness that she exhibited. When we return it will be largely due to our anticipation in seeing her again.

The staff was exceptionally good. Very attentive. The hotel is very dated. It could use some updating. The room was very clean. It had the same problem many hotels have lately as far as no daily maid service unless requested. Like other hotels, you are paying more for the room and receiving less. At the time this hotel was approximately $45 cheaper than its comparable competition, Holiday Inn Express.

NO MORE HOTELS.COM!!!!!!
I arrived after making a Hotels.com reservation and was told there was no reservation for me. I showed the hotel staff my reservation. but they could not locate my reservation. I then needed to make another reservation and directly through the hotel and paid for it. After I looked at my credit card activity, it showed I was charged by Hotels.com as well. That's right, I paid twice for my one night stay. After multiple emails with Hotels.com, they refused to refund my money they charged me for a reservation the hotel said they never received. Dealing with Hotels.com was so frustrating, I will never use them again. The worst customer service!!!!!

Accessibility issues not addressed, even after room change could still not use bathroom independently. No reduction in price or refund offered. They even had the unmitigated gall to upcharge me for room change. Very disgusting.

We had a an issue with our car rental, flat tire and lost keys. Mass confusion with enterprise so we were stranded. The staff at quality inn were super helpful and very sweet to accomodate during our chaos. Andrew was so sweet to talk to us while working and Karen at the front desk was super sweet as well. Only thing we didnt like were the spiders everywhere outside and a few in our window sill.

Comfortable stay
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Sound proofing is good, but not perfect. The bed was very restful. The attached restaurant is OK, offering a lot of different beers and ales.

We have a great time each time we stay there. Karen is always a pleasure to work with. We did not interact much with the other ladies simply based upon time of day when we walked through the lobby.

Though the Building is not a "Newer Property" the Staff Were exceptionally kind and made our stay very pleasant when we came to Franklin to pack our Father and move him home. Thank you Karen and Kim you ladies made our evenings hassle free and also thank you Karen for calling and making sure our room was satisfactory and to let you know if we needed anything, Thank You!!! (Five Star hotels could learn a lot from these to Ladies. Katie, Thank you for taking care of the breakfast needs of the hotel while doing the front desk. Thank You all very much for your Great Attitudes and most of all your Smiles. I hope you all are recognized for your outstanding efforts to make not just our stay, but all the other guest that were at your hotel stays pleasant and memorable.
