Hotel a Franklin

“The room was very clean and the buffet breakfast was great. Free parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also pet friendly.”

“Nice staff. Don’t expect a modern updated food. Definitely is 3 star at best. For price it’s okay. You might need extra towels and or sanitary supply for room. $100 on a July 4th was the cheapest in the town.”

“Breakfast was not refilled had to ask for items that were empty. Tables were not cleaned after use.”

“Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor.”

“I got double billed for my room. They had a problem with the internet. Also could not logon to internet Also was there was no chair besides the desk chair”

“Clean comfortable room for the price.. the AC sometimes felt a bit off but I was there on one of the hottest days in the year and it held up pretty well. For the price, a very comfortable stay and would recommend to anyone staying who’s just passing through.”

“The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. They provided a variety of breakfast options. Unfortunately, the exercise room was unavailable; however, they offered the use at Residence Inn, right next door. Overall a pleasant stay.”

“The room smelled like cigarette smoke and cleaning liquid. Not good for the lungs. Non-smoking has no meaning here. Beware.”

“I wasn't happy with this place!! Drug addicts, hookers, drunks, and undesirable people people here. All hours of the nite noise on catwalks, and parking lot. Microwave was all rusted inside, scum in bathtub, door was very very very hard to open I had to use my shoulder and foot to get in, and yank very very hard to get out, I also was supposed to get a smoke free room but it had a smoking smell. To many dislikes to list. I'll never ever stay here again, or recommend this dump to anyone! I have a...
