Lodge a Franklin

“Long View is top of my list of places to stay for all time. We stayed for two nights as an entry way to the Smokey Mountains, and it more than exceeded our expectations. Amazing views from the expansive deck with fireplaces, incredible design and planning went into the structure - a credit to the owner & local builders. Comfy beds and very welcoming staff. Breakfast is enough of a reason to return!”

The property is nice but the single lane road throughout the property is anxiety inducing and should probably be disclosed in the details. Although set up quite strangely with no sink or counter space in the bathroom, the room was very nice. The ceiling fan was another story. “Great place to stay near Mt Pisgah National Forest! Room was nice and very clean! Loved how a cooked breakfast was included! Staff was exceptional! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Awesome place! I enjoyed my stay at this place!”

“Very unique place. Being able to hear the waterfall all the time was amazing. The rooms and amenities matched the waterfall perfectly! Great place, we will be back!”

“This is a really great alternative to renting a whole house or cabin. The rooms are decorated very nice and everything in the hosts' description of the rooms and grounds are described well. It's about a mile from NOC center. We will definitely be back.”
