“I've been staying at this hotel twice a year with my two kids for the past 2 years. It's clean, breakfast is great in the morning, and they've always been attentive and helpful. It's the only hotel in Altoona I will book consistently.”

Regrettably, numerous aspects of our visit fell considerably short of acceptable hospitality standards. “The rooms here are comfortable and clean. The bathroom decor is kind of 1950's or 60's, but clean and of reasonable size. I appreciated the presence of a minifrig and microwave in the room. I would consider this as a lodging possibility for future visits to this area.”

The bathroom tiles and tub were spray painted, which gives off a cheap motel type feel also the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall on both sides and since it’s round at the shower curtain kept sliding to the middle while I was trying to take a shower. “Traveled for hours just to be told they no longer had the suite I reserved because THEY overbooked. Their accommodation was a basic room and a “free cot”. Sheets were dirty with hair and “black spots”. First and last time. Never again”
