Sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück in einem schönen, großen Frühstückraum. Sehr gemütliches, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl in dem Hotel und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Hotel Varnsdorf.”

“A bit hard to find the reception, but friendly front desk, free parking, transit passes & sauna were great. No air conditioning, front desk & sauna hours are limited, no laundry. The parking requires some steps and/or a long walk, but you can drop baggage off at the front of the building.”

“The apartment is spacious and nice. Clothes drying rack not heated and the heater must be turned off, but there is a portable heater we can use. It is not easy to find the apartment and checking in was a little challenging because we do not have the phone service to call the host to let us in the apartment. But fortunately, my husband was able to call family via Facebook messenger and inturn the family call the host for us.”

“Bei der Ankunft konnte das anwesende Personal keine Fragen beantworten, da angeblich nur als Kelner tätig ist. Bei der Abreise durch Zufall unter Schlafbett geschaut, es wurde wahrscheinlich lange nicht sauber gemacht worden. ”

“Ok hotel but the ladies at the check-in desk are just dry. No courtesy, no smile, no love. You will ve threated and feel like goods. We arrived 50 mins before check-in time and wanted just to register our ids, didn’t need the room yet. One lday was ln the phone speaking faster than a F1, while the other said she was really busy and pointed us to their restaurant. We decided to take again the car and go for a trip. When we returned at 6pm the desk was unattended with only message showing a...

“Das Hotel liegt schön ruhig im Wald. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind seh schön eingerichtet und beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei und es wird schnell auch alles wieder aufgefüllt. Man hat wirklich nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen bestimmt bald mal wieder.”
