I booked this hotel instead of another by choosing to pay more money because of pool presence. I was here during my honeymoon and we asked for a “nice pool view” room, as it was also shown in some picture from reservation process. When we arrived, given room was completely different from the one we selected and they said that “our room” closer to the pool given...
