“Lots of space, bathrooms, and seating for a large group. Decking has been recently updated with new trex,and new grill. The new grill could be larger but that’s a small issue. Also new outdoor seating is nice. Cookware is pretty worn out and should be replaced. China and silverware is good in quantity and quality. Large refrigerator and freezer is very helpful.
