“Our check-in went seamlessly and we were assigned a quiet room as requested. The room was nicely appointed and clean. Our breakfast was good. Everything about our stay was just fine and the price was right.”

There is a door near the pool that is supposed to provide access back into the hotel, but it was locked and would not open with our guest room key card. If you’re returning late, you have to walk all the way around to the main lobby, which is especially inconvenient for guests with disabilities. This is something the hotel should correct. Even for guests who are not handicapped, having that entrance accessible...

“This is a “dressed up” low level hotel. Well below normal IHG standards. The hotel was at least half empty. They evidently hadn’t checked the room: tv didn’t work and no soap in the shower. Also, the shower door was incorrectly installed, allowing water to pour onto the floor, and whoever picked out the bedside lights didn’t take into account that a normal person can turn them on or off while in bed. Cute concept; poorly executed.”

“Rooms smelled strongly of smoke. Bathrooms were dirty and there were roaches and crickets in the shower and on the floor. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but the rooms were in poor shape.”

“The property was easily accessible with plenty of parking and convenient to many eateries. The public access areas and rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I personally did not utilize the indoor swimming pool, but I saw a lot of children in it. The TV channel listings were not remarkable, but adequate. All in all, a very nice place to stay.”
