“This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

“Very clean, everywhere even the parking lot! We had such a lovely woman check us in that was so helpful and even attentive to my daughter, gave her some fruit snacks - sounds small but those things really make such a difference in the atmosphere and positive of a time it was. The breakfast was amazing. All around I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to stay in Jamestown. We will be back if the future!”

“Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The homes were clean and stocked with what you need. Beds were relaxing. Sleeping upstairs is...

The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing.The location is fantastic; it is very close to the ski slopes at Holiday Valley, which made our trip incredibly convenient. “Hotel molto semplice ed un po' vecchiotto, necessita di rinnovamento. Le TV in camera non funzionavano per "manutenzione" dell'impianto se ne volevi una te la noleggiavano a 20 $. La colazione a buffet abbastanza misera. E' allingresso della città per cui semplice da raggiungere, ma anche adiacente ad un enorme cimitero”

“Just a few things, the smoke detector in the living room is way to sensitive. The knives are worthless. No salt in the bucket. Take the useless desk out an put in a couch or a couple comfortable chairs. Driveway and parking area needed to be cleared better. ”
