“It’s just a basic hotel. It’s clean enough and it did what it was meant to do ~ a basic convenient hotel in Ruidoso. It’s also in a good area convenient to pretty much everything so I like that I would definitely recommend it. If I had to say one small complaint, it would be the cleaning ladies. They don’t know what indoor voice means lol - they tend to scream at each other. But like my mom used to say if that’s your biggest problem finding another one. I would definitely recommend this...

“There was hair in my tongue when I checked it into the first room room 158. I requested another room in that room was even worse plus they had a patch under the closet shelf so I opted to purchase cleaning supplies additionally, the room key did not work for the five nights. I had to get a key every night.
