"The comforter on one of our beds had a huge pee stain and a spot of blood on it. I asked for a new comforter or blanket and was told they didn't have either. How do you not have replacement linens? "We arrived and checked in, and the front desk staff was nice; however, we were notified that the pool was closed “for our safety” which is worrisome.
