“I’ve stayed here twice now. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The room has been spotless both times and is great for working or relaxing. I will stay here again if travels bring me to Waterville.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Room (especially view and fireplace!) was clean and comfy. We will definitely be back. Only downside was not being able to watch Netflix on the room TV but the staff said they are working on upgrading that part so guests will soon be able to stream apps no problem on the TV. Wifi was great though so we could still watch on our tablet. Great stay!”

“This is our second time staying over Christmas. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was tasty. It's a very nice hotel in a good location. I've only ever stayed in the winter but i can tell it would be great in the warmer months due to location for shopping and dining. The only difficulty is the parking but that's more to do with the town than the hotel, just showing to be aware of. Staff is very helpful and will give you tips on where to park. ”
