One front desk clerk was smug and teased, joked, and kidded about things I thought she was serious about like the snacks stating the 6 snacks I got cost $24. She is the evening clerk. The morning clerk did not charge me for the snacks.We didn't appreciate her condescending attitude. If I was her boss, I would fire her for not knowing how to genuinely treat the customer with sincere care. She's only been there a year. She has alot to learn. She came across better than us. We felt very intimidated and embarrassed by her. She did not make us feel welcome. She seemed distracted with her own affairs as if she was kissing up to other staff or boss. She works part time I guess in the eveings and night. She was small in stature and had blonde hair. She laughed at me after we were done with each other.We are deciding whether or not we will stay at a Radisson again. First impressions were lousy. We'd like to be reimbursed partial if not total for the hassle. Very disappointed and disappointing. We will not recommend you all to anyone else unless you can remedy this. That is all,.
