“This is the second Holiday Inn Express hotel i have stayed in and have had horrible experiences at both. This time, I stayed at the Allentown North location to work in an area hospital and was awakened by something biting me. I got up, called the front desk, packed my bags, and threw away my pajamas. I went down and showed the bites to the receptionist who seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I asked her to write an incident report and she said she didnt have one nor did ahe have any other rooms...

“Very clean. Staff very helpful. Quiet stay. The bed was comfy and clean. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular but there was hot food and cold options and there was plenty even on busy days so truly no complaints. I had a great stay. ”

“This is a very good hotel. The first night I stayed at another hotel and it was terrible from A to Z. I found this one, prices were great. For $10 more it was 100X better, clean. Felt safer. Staff was polite and inviting. It felt like i had a mini apartment whuch made my stay so much more worth it. I would def come back. ”

No bedding was available in room for sofa bed. Unable to select heat vs cool on thermostat. Appears that room was not properly vacuumed prior to our stay - lots of trash in corners & under furniture. ”

It's central location is convenient, the place is always clean - the employees are cheerful, friendly, energetic, helpful, courteous, and always on the go, ready to get anything you may need, delivering with a smile and good cheer. The people really make the stay very pleasant. I've seen pets in the halllway with their owners, and they seem contented, too. Also, the place is affordable, and their complimentary...

“Parking was easy; room clean; although there is a slight gap between the door which could allow for any bugs or cold or warm air to enter. I always stay here when I’m in Easton.”
