“Our check in process was a little strange. We had not received any information prior to showing up about how to access the unit. Instead, when we arrived there was a person that came up to us and showed us how to get in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would be meeting a person because check in was anytime after 4pm. Would she had still been there if we didn't arrive until later that night? The unit did provide some essentials like a hair dryer and shampoo which was nice....

“The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket...

“This is a cute little apartment in a charming location. Brianne was friendly and responded quickly to questions and issues with WiFi. I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the...

“Great little studio set in Historic Bath and walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, and market. Comfy bed. Kitchen was well stocked. Great place! Would recommend to friends and family. It is on the 3rd floor. ”

“We ahd a great stay in Maine over the 4th visiting family, eating good food and walking around in great weather. Great stay in Brunswick, easy in and easy out and all sorts of things Maine accessible. Would recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free weekend in coastal Maine. ”

“Super cute, lovely and cozy place! 5 min from downtown (much closer even than we expected) just over the bridge, easy to find and nice quiet neighborhood. Host was super friendly with clear check-in instructions and welcome message. Would recommend bringing lighter bags because of the steep stairs up to the apartment but absolutely worth it for not having any upstairs neighbors. Parking was great, property well upkept and clean, more than sufficient air conditioning and amenities.”

“A lovely apartment simply decorated but extremely tasteful & welcoming. Everything one or two persons needs. A five minute walk to the beach and minutes to drive to the lighthouses. Short drive into Portland made this location perfect for my stay. Off street parking and quiet neighbors is always a valued plus! Check in super simple, as was check out - the owner communication was perfect and proactive. Definitely would use again. ”

“I slept like a baby in this quaint apartment. The home was simply, yet comfortably furnished and gave cozy vibes. The property is lined with trees/vegetation providing privacy and the location was central to the area allowing easy navigation to all of Portland. Just 10 minutes from the Jetway and the wharf. The property owner was communicative & the check-in process couldn't have been easier.”
